The application is open to students from the tertiary institutions (Universities and Polytechnics) in Ghana.

The Challenge
- Applicants are required to declare their intention to participate in the challenge by following the procedures below:
- Identify a mini-project in Artificial Intelligence that has potential to solve Ghana – based challenges.
- Complete the online application, together with a 1-paged concept note of the proposed mini-project you intend to develop.
- Application can come from individuals or a team of not more than 3 members (including a supervisor).
- Deadline for submission of application is 31st May 2023.
- Upon receipt of the applications, shortlisted candidates will be contacted and given 3 months (June – August) to develop their mini-projects and submit to the AI Challenge Coordinator.
- The mini-projects will be submitted to a team of experts.
- First, Second and Third Prize winners will be honoured during the Nyansapo AI symposium to be held in October 2023.
